Must use with the hair color!

I didn't know the Vivitone hair color needed to be mixed with this activator/developer. I had to order it again separately. It took more than a few days to arrive, but the color turned out to my liking. Satisfied with the product and service.

I was nervous to order online but after I spoke to Ashlee I felt more comfortable. The color turned out great and everything was normal. My biggest concern was itchy or burning feeling but it did not happen. I am so relieved
